Music
Sometimes a TV show can not only provide hours of entertainment, it can also introduce you to some great new music. This survey and the ones that follow are specifically about new TV shows and original music written for that show.

The theme song for the Apple TV comedy Shrinking is titled "Frightening Fishes". It was written and performed by Benjamin Gibbard (Death Cab for Cutie) in collaboration with the show's composer, Tom Howe (this man sure gets around). Gibbard's signature indie-rock vocals and melodies provide the perfect upbeat yet slightly quirky tone for the show's opening credits, and if you have watched this show, it fits the quirkiness of the show to a T. Gibbard said that the song's concept and title were inspired by his childhood fascination with documentaries about anglerfish and the dark depths of the Mariana Trench. If you listen to this song, do you like it?
