"La Vie en rose" was originally written and sung by the iconic French chanteuse Édith Piaf. She co-wrote the lyrics and released the signature track as a single in 1947, cementing it as one of the most famous French love songs in history. Here I present one of my favorite versions, from the Louis Armstrong Song Book, played the way my father's band would play it in the post war years. "La Vie En Rose" by Louis Armstrong. "Let's Fall in Love" is a song written by Harold Arlen (music) and Ted Koehler (lyrics) for the film "Let's Fall in Love" and published in 1933. In the film, it is heard during the opening credits and later sung by Art Jarrett and chorus, and by Ann Sothern. Very popular on the Dance Hall circuit during WW2. Here I present my favorite version, "Let's Fall In Love "· prformed by Diana Krall. Have you heard this song before?
