1. Have you ever heard of or watched these British TV sitcoms
Are you being served?: It ran mainly in the 70's with a fairly large cast. One of the more memorable characters was Mr. Wilberforce Clayborne Humphries, played by John Inman. (It had a total of 69 or 70 episodes)
Fawlty Towers: It ran mainly in the mid 70's. The main character was played by John Cleese of Monty Python fame. ( It only had 12 episodes)
Mr Bean: It ran mainly in the 90's starring Rowan Atkinson. (It only had 15 full episodes)
Some mothers do 'ave 'em: It ran mainly in the 70's. The main character was played by Michael Crawford. (it had a total of 23 episodes)
Never heard of any of these

3. Do you find that TV sitcoms from the 60's, 70's and 80's were more enjoyable to watch than those those made in the past 20 years or so.
Yes absolutely, the oldies are better.
Yes for the most part, but many of them have not "aged" well.
No, current comedies are more enjoyable though some of them are a little hard to take.
