The 90's is when we saw beginning of the end to Saturday morning cartoons. In the U.S. the Childrens Television Act required more educational programming and limited advertising, so cartoons were less profitable. Networks were also moving to live action shows for teens because of the success of shows like Saved By the Bell. 2014 was the actual last time we would see them on the CW network. but despite all that, there were still some great ones that originated in the 90s. Which have you seen?
1. Bobby's World. This ran for 7 seasons on Fox from 1990 to 1998 created by comedian Howie Mandel who also did the voice of the main character. Have you seen it?

2. Captain Planet and the Planeteers. This amazingly ran for 6 seasons. It featured teens from various parts of the world who got special rings to summon Captain Planet to fight polluters. It featured the voices of Whoopi Goldberg, Margot Kidder, Levar Burton and had guest voices like John Ratzenberger, Jeff Goldblum, Meg Ryan, Ed Asner, Martin Sheen and Sting. Did you watch this?

3. Animaniacs. This aired for 5 seasons on Fox. It was a musical variety show of sorts starring the Warners Bros Yakko and Wakko and their sister Dot. One of the most memorable segments is when Yakko sings all the countries of the world. Have you seen this?

4. Gargoyles. One of my favorites still, this unfortunately only ran for 3 seasons. It was about a family of Gargoyles who were statues during the day and came alive at night. The main Gargoyle Goliath was voiced by the great Keith David who deep booming voice really elevated that character. It also featured the voice acting of a lot of Star Trek The Next Generation cast like Jonathon Frakes, Marina Sirtis and Brent Spiner. Have you seen this?
