Mountain Town - this actually from the South Park theatrical movie. if Mel Brooks had done a parody of animated Disney / Pixar films, I think it would be similar to this. The required opening tune that sets up the place, characters and premise. Anyhow, ever not been allowed to buy tickets for something due to your age?

Let's Fighting Love - from the episode "Good Times With Weapons". The boys buy some ninja weapons and later we get a change of look and a song partly in Japanese. Reason being the actual words not safe for TV. (You'll get the idea though). Ever buy something your parents didn't think you should have?

Jackin' It In San Diego - from the episode "Butterballs". Filmmaker / activist Jason Russell is known for the viral documentary Kony 2012. Although the San Diego police didn't witness, Jason was in his underwear when detained, and some claimed he'd been spanking the monkey. He was hospitalized for a "brief reactive psychosis". Ever find the news is sometimes as strange as made up TV shows?
