I recently saw some episodes of NewsRadio. Bill McNeal (Phil Hartman) from NewsRadio is actually the only one on this list who is not obsessed with casual sex. He is just self-absorbed and doesn't really care about others. He is also the inspiration for the survey and my favorite character of those listed. Were you a fan of the late Phil Hartman? Yes
