Family
More times than I can count I have been accused of bad mouthing a certain family member, but have not ever done so. This family member repeatedly bad mouths me with complete lies and says I have bad mouthed her and I have no idea how to stop this.

My husband and I recently attended a funeral for a very much loved Aunt. It was a beautiful service and was so nice catching up with family we hadn't seen in a long time. The following day we were accused of talking crap about someone at the funeral. That did not happen! We said absolutely nothing about this person, and were never even asked about her. We are getting so tired of trying to defend ourselves over something that never happened. Unfortunately this is not the first, or even 10th time we have had to deal with the constant lies from this person, whether about us, or someone else. If you know complete lies are being spread about you, or someone you care about, do you try to defend yourself, or whatever the truth may be?
