Barbiere is an upscale barber shop in Washington county, PA full of rugged decor and offering complimentary beer or cocktails to its patrons. But recently a woman tried to get her hair cut there and when the owner denied her, she filed an action with the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs. This state organization deemed that owner, John Interval, must pay a fine of $750 for violating the law. They found his refusal to be an example of sexual discrimination. Do you agree? Yes
