Bolthouse Farms, one of the biggest carrot growers and distributors in the U.S. announced new survey data exploring Americans’ relationship with their vegetables. Just in time for springtime holidays, the survey of 2,000 Americans revealed that carrots are America’s most trusted vegetable, from baby’s first food to everyone’s favorite veggie tray staple. -Yahoo News
