My dietician recently told me of how she and her husband have sweetened cereal (Lucky Charms is apparently a favorites) for dessert with lunch or supper. They don't like starting their day with such cereals' excessive sugar load, but they still want to occasionally indulge in tasty-but-not-particularly-healthful foods they like. Have you ever had or would you sweetened breakfast cereal for dessert?
