Have you ever been out to eat and, though satisfied with your order, you looked where another patron was dining and thought that whatever that person's eating looks at least so good as what you had ordered?

These questions were inspired by my recent visit to a Nicaraguan snack shop during which I had an ice cream-topped fruit salad but saw a couple noshing on a delicious-looking full meal of roast--grilled-looking, actually--pork and side dishes. Since the waitress told me what they had was only served on weekends, I went back the next day to have for supper what I saw the day prior. The lean, browned meat was accompanied by a generous portion of rice & beans, a pico de gallo-like garnish, half an avocado, lettuce shredded so thin as to look like string, a pile of unsalted plantain chips, and a lime wedge for spritzing, all on a paper plate that wasn't too small but abetted in portion control (I could've eaten more, but wasn't going t order a second meal either!). It was among the best meals I've had in recent months, worth the trip, and a great value at less than $15. Did the foregoing verbiage describe a meal you think you would enjoy?
Yes (and may already have had)
