A family with two disabled children was surprised to find they had received a parking fine in the mail for parking staying 20 minutes over the limit at a KFC. The father of the children says “it is difficult enough to make four children eat quickly at the best of times, but when two of them are disabled it makes it even more difficult.” KFC has since apologized to the family and have revoked the fine.
