2. Bloomberg news recently tested a bunch of store bought, grated bottles of Parmesan cheese. Despite being labeled as "100%" cheese, every brand tested included a percentage of cellulose, an anti-clumping additive made out of wood pulp. Are you surprised to hear this?

3. For instance, Wal-mart's store brand tested as having 7.8% cellulose. Jewel-Osco's brand had 8.8%. Kraft had 3.8%. Even Whole Food's brand had .3%. Bloomberg made sure to note that this additive is considered safe, but acceptable levels are somewhere between 2%-4%. Does this make you want to stop buying Parmesan cheese?
