It was in a recent edition of Health Capsules that I learned of the idea of placing a pillow between the middle of one's legs while sleeping on one's side with slightly bent legs to maximize blood circulation during slumber. Have you ever heard of this idea?

My initial experiences sleeping with a pillow-and I've tried two sizes so far-between my legs have proven at first comfortable, but difficult to maintain because I'm the type of sleeper who switches positions throughout most nights.
