Too much screen time is bad for you. I knew this as a concept, but recently I learned that again... the hard way. My eyes were always itchy and sometimes teary so I went to the doctor only to find out what i already knew: i need to get out and stop looking at screens.

I average 12 hours. That's way too much. And to make it worse, I don't have any protective screens or anything. Doc said to try using "Dark Theme" whenever possible.

Dark theme a display setting that uses a dark background with light text to reduce eye strain, especially in low-light conditions.

If you need to use devices for a long time, what do you do to ease the burden on the eyes? (most of these are things the doc mentioned i should do)
Breaks... lots of them.
