3. I don't know of anyone who doesn't struggle with negative thoughts from time to time. However, we have a choice to control them or let them control us. Do you try to be conscious of negative thoughts that your mind conjures that may affect your health / happiness?
4. I used to be very sensitive and take every slight (real or imagined) personally. However, maturity and experience has allowed me to grow and just LET IT GO. Have you learned not to take (everything) personally?
