Results: Back pain and possible treatments
I hurt my back a couple months ago and have been given a few possible treatments. I'm curious if any of you have had any of these treatments.

The most common tratment to start with is a back brace. I've been told a back brace will not help me because the injury is lower than the brace would cover. Have you ever worn a back brace? Yes and it helped

The next treatment would be Vertebroplasty. This is where a bone cement would be injected into the damged vertabrae. Have you ever had this proceure and if so did it help? Yes and it helped

The next step if the vertebroplasty doesn't help would be surgery. Everyone that I have talked to that had back surgery of any kind has said that either it didn't help or made there pain even worse. Have any of you had any kind of back surgery? Yes and it helped
