Double-Leg Calf Raise: Stand near a wall for balance. Place your feet hip-width apart. Keep your ankles, knees and hips vertical. Press down into the balls of both feet. Raise your body up. Keep your abdominal muscles pulled in. Slowly lower heels. Repeat

Double-Leg Calf Raise by Standing on Stair: Keep the balls of your feet on the stair and lower your heels as far as you can toward the floor. Then press your heels up as high as you can. Lower. Repeat
