2. Would you like to have them?
3. There are many good exercises to develop them. Have you ever done any of the following?
Double-Leg Calf Raise: Stand near a wall for balance. Place your feet hip-width apart. Keep your ankles, knees and hips vertical. Press down into the balls of both feet. Raise your body up. Keep your abdominal muscles pulled in. Slowly lower heels. Repeat
Double-Leg Calf Raise by Standing on Stair: Keep the balls of your feet on the stair and lower your heels as far as you can toward the floor. Then press your heels up as high as you can. Lower. Repeat
Single-Leg Calf Raise: To increase the intensity of the Standing on Stair exercise raise your heels using one leg at a time keeping the other leg bent behind you. Lower. Repeat
Seated Calf-Raise: Sit on chair with feet on floor. Keep knees aligned over your feet. Don't turn knees in or out. Lean forward. Place hands on your thighs near knees. Push down. Press down into the balls of your feet. Raise heels. Lower. Repeat.
