On the website Reddit a woman wrote that she was initially asked to be a bridesmaid, but was later informed by the bride that she could no longer be a bridesmaid due to a lack of groomsmen. However, shortly after the wedding, the former bridesmaid found out that the bride dropped her along with another girl because she did not like how dark their complexions looked in their pale dresses.
