Results: Where Are The Tracking Apps That Were Made To Help During The Pandemic?

						CNN reporter Hadas Gold writes that in the first few weeks of the coronavirus pandemic, tracking apps were hailed as a key way to help countries out of lockdown.
Using Bluetooth or GPS, the apps would track who an infected person had been around, then alert those people that they had been exposed to the virus.
