Results: Condo Hallway Renovations

I am interested to see what people's opinions on this are. My condo is about to renovate the hallways and doors of our building. Right now, the carpet and tile in our halls looks like a 90s bowling alley, and the elevators look old and grungy in a yellow/white colour. The new design is really nice and matches the newly renovated lobby, with dark wood doors and elevators, new lighting, new carpet etc. Some people who own condos here are upset that we didn't get a chance to decide, and instead the board gave us the one option. I personally feel like it makes sense to just let the board choose and match the lobby, as it's hard to please everyone. Just curious what you all think.
