Before some surveys, they have a document page that you are supposed to read and accept the conditions of. Some are quite large, typically i see these in surveys that are generated by universities for some sort of research study. Who reads these agreements fully?

Sometimes you will get questions asking if you agree to provide certain information before continuing, like sexual orientation, ethnicity. If you came across these have you ever said no? And if you have, does the survey often or always end there? never came across these before
