We definitely understand how frustrating that can be, but we just wanted to clarify that unfortunately, we cannot do anything about that issue. We are offering the surveys on behalf of the supplier, so we're like the middleman, and can't edit or do anything with the surveys themselves, just direct you to them when you click. When you return to Tellwut, our system is just showing the status (complete, do not qualify, over quota) that the supplier is reporting back to us. If the disqualification was further along into the survey , it could be that the survey closed while you were taking it, the quota filled up while you were taking it, you may have answered a test question wrong or simply bad survey practices from the supplier. This issue happens with basically every supplier and as Tellwut is a small company compared to these suppliers, we don't have much leverage to change anything although we do try! However, if you have experienced any of these issues, PLEASE contact us at support@tellwut.com and let us know so we can add the points! We frequently get (understandably!) upset members who have had this happen a few times before writing in, but we want our members to know that they can write us every time and we will look into the issue, you don't have to wait until it's happened a few times! Another question we get is why does our email or Earn Rewards Live show a certain length for a survey but when you click, the survey itself tells you it will take a different length of time to complete? The times on our site are showing how long it is taking Tellwut members in real time to complete the surveys , and the length will change depending on how long it is taking members, so our times are more accurate than what is typically shown in the survey. Have you ever noticed a discrepancy between a time we have shown and one a survey tells you when you open it?

We also get asked why you have to input your age, gender or zip code if we already have that profiled. That is because although we do have it profiled and match surveys to you based on it, we don't pass that information to the supplier. That means if they don't ask your age, gender, etc, within the survey, they won't have that information when reviewing the data, so they aren't able to draw conclusions from it. Does it annoy you to have to input that demographic information every time?

We also are asked often why a survey is shown if you don't qualify for it. We do use your profile to match as closely as possible to what surveys we have available, but we are also limited to what information the suppliers provide. For example, they may not fill out what quotas are full on their end, so you may need to click just to be told you don't qualify. Many surveys also use "custom questions" that we don't have profiled, such as what stores you shop at or how often you go to the movies. We are always updating our profiling and working with the suppliers as much as we can to match members as best as we can! We know that our system may not be perfect but we want to be as transparent as we can be about the survey taking process as we can understand how frustrating it can be.
