My 50 year old friend currently shares his home with a 68 year old flatmate. They have a single driveway. Because he leaves first in the morning for work, the elder must park behind him during the evenings. My friend typically arrives home between 7 pm and 9 pm nightly. The elder claims this is staying out all night and is disrespectful. We disagree. Who is right?

Their home is a rental and there is no lease. My friend has been there longer. How do you think this should be handled?
The elder should rethink their living arrangements and consider moving.

This is all just stupid and the elder needs to work out his other problems and not take them out on my friend.
