If you were lying on your deathbed today, would you have a lot of regrets concerning chances you never took?

Is there anyone in your life who always make you feel better -- be it physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually -- after spending time with them?

Whenever someone comes to me with an issue, I ask them if they want a hug (affection), helped (advice), or heard (simply listening). Do you feel that often times others are quick to offer advice when all you want is a hug or to just vent?
