In May of 2026 Lieutenant Mark "Gray" Davis, after almost 7 years in law enforcement, was a K9 handler in the Greenwood County Sheriff's Office in South Carolina. After authorities received a tip about mishandling of evidence, Davis refused a drug test and was fired. Allegedly, Davis coerced a confidential informant to buy meth for the lieutenant's personal use. He was booked after being found in possession of 2 grams, which is evidence of intent to distribute. Are you surprised?
