Results: Would You Live in a Modular Home?
As home prices and borrowing costs continue to make traditional homeownership difficult for many Canadians, more people are considering alternative ways to own a home. A recent survey found growing interest in options such as modular homes, tiny homes and other smaller or less conventional housing models that may come with a lower price tag. Supporters say these options could help make homeownership more attainable, while others may still prefer the space, resale value and familiarity of a traditional house or condo.
