When Tiki Joyner Edwards went to visit her elderly parents in Hampton, Virginia, she noticed someone she didn't expect. 15-year-old Romemylion Mitchell, living across from the street, has been quietly looking after her mom and dad. Every single day, Romemylion stopped by to check on Trent and Cianne Joyner. He'd ride along with Trent to the store and carry the groceries inside. He mowed their lawn. He ran errands. He helped with whatever they needed, without anyone asking him to. When Tiki's mom ended up in the hospital, Romemylion went to visit her. "He checks on them every day and has grown to love and care for them deeply. Not many 15 y/o would take the time to care and be there for elderly neighbors," she wrote.
