Results: Pop-up Restaurants
Published on 07/13/2014
A Pop-up restaurant, also sometimes called a Supper Club, is a temporary restaurant that can open, or "pop up", nearly anywhere. They can be on-going once a week affairs, a one day one-time event or even remain open for months. They typically feature a limited menu or fixe prix dining and have traditionally opened to build a chef's reputation, help woo investors for a future restaurant, make fine dining more accessible to the community on a limited time basis or even raise funds for a social or community group.
