Have you heard of the news story where a French Court stepped in and told parents they couldn't name their child Nutella (after the spread) but had to name her Ella instead? The court claims the name Nutella would make the child the target of derision. Do you believe it was okay for the court to make that decision? I never heard about this story but I believe the court made the right decision.
