Results: Burned Feet

This past summer while at a local splash pad a 1 year old boy suffered severely burned feet after wandering a short distance away from his parents and stepping on a flat metal box heated up by the sun used to house the gears of the pad. This is the first such incident in the 10 years the pad has been in operation and there is a warning of danger on the metal box. The parents are angry and upset about what happened and are suing the town saying they should not have left the metal box exposed like that. Do you agree with the boy's parents? (The box has now been fenced in and the boy is recovering)
