Results: Returning Shopping Carts To The Parking Lot Stalls

More and more I see this happening at store parking lots. People parked close to the cart stalls will not place the cart in the stall. If several people do this, then it will block parking spaces. I will collect several carts to help out. A big gust of wind can shove those carts right into parked cars. I have seen this happen. Several times to my car. Hoping to see that more people do this too. I believe in humanity to do the right thing. Thanks to all who answer this.
