I appreciate your honesty.

1. A guy goes to a college party and meets a girl. He is 19, she says she is too. They chat, become friends, start dating and eventually become intimate. Turns out she lied and she is only 16. Who is most responsible for this underage event?

5. There is a plethora of practicing alcoholics (those that still drink but clearly have a problem with drinking) some of them are blackout drinkers. I am almost 34 years sober and have heard countless stories over the years from speakers at meetings, who blackout or meet someone at a bar or outside the bar or at a party. Both are drunk and engage in a quicky or hook-up (They do it!) Turns out one of them is underage, the other is of adult status. Referring to the first few questions, what would you call the adult in this situation (it only happened once)?
