I was telling the story of our honeymoon and it was remarked how unusual it was. Do you consider your honeymoon unusual?

The unusual part started a week before our honeymoon. I was in a hit and run accident and my car was damaged. We were going to take it on the honeymoon because it had air conditioning and his did not. Have you ever been in a hit and run accident?

The parts had to be ordered so they pulled the metal away from the tire so we could take it on our honeymoon. Bear in mind I had just paid my car off which was a new 1976 yellow Mustang. Would you take your car on a road trip in that condition?

While on our honeymoon, my husband left the gas cap on top of the car after filling it with gas. As we went down the highway it went flying off never to be seen. Now my car was bashed and missing the gas cap. Would this have upset you?

It was raining and someone up ahead on the expressway stopped suddenly causing multiple accidents. We did not hit the car in front but the car behind us hit us. Bashed in two places, missing gas cap, just paid for car, I started to cry. We met my girlfriend and husband later and her words of wisdom were things would get better.
