Address sharing – in which parents or caregivers enroll their kids in school citing residences other than their own – is extremely common. For example, you could us a grandparents address instead of your own so your kids go to a better school. Do you know anyone who did this for their kids?

In at least 24 states, according to the report published Tuesday, parents who address share can be criminally prosecuted. They often face steep fines and in some cases, jail sentences. Do you agree with this being a crime?
