As I write this, a bit over a week before Christmas, and the neighbor lady across the hall from me in my apartment building has decorated for the holiday. Among her decorations is a series of descending signs on one side of her doorway, the bottom one of which says "Believe." Neither of the signs above it explicitly indicate what in which the reader should believe. In the context of the holiday for which she's decorated, have you any guess as to what she believes and urges others to follow suit?
Yes (and I'll include my guess in a comment)_

Without relating to any specific holiday or other event, I'm assuming, relatives of mine have at least one picture-framed declaration in their home saying (and I may paraphrase a bit), "In this house, we BELIEVE." As with my neghbor's decoration, there's no indication as to what they beileve or anyone else should believe. Have you ever seen such signage in the living space of anyone you know?
Yes (and I may have such signage in place where I live)

As might be evident from this survey's title, I'm at least annoyed, and agruably distressed, by the lack in the specificity of such encouragements and proclamations. There's a great deal to believe about a nigh infinite number of matters! Does the idea of being encouraged to beileve or told others beileve but not WHAT to and/or they belierve (uch less w h y) at least bothersome to you as it is to me?
Yes, it's as least as bothersome to me.

Do you agree with me that it's best to watch what one believes, lest one beileve in nonsense?
