Results: New York: which are the hidden treasures you can find there?

A few days ago a very special friend decided to spend some time in NY. His schedule was finally limited to 5 days only, He will stay there from April 22 till April 28. Howard helped us to figure out how to make sure he gets access to all the main attraction he can find there. Thanks again, Howard! You've saved him a lot of time and money. As he loves Crossfit, he would love to keep training during his stay. As far as I know, the two best gyms there are Lifetime and Equinox. Is there anyone who knows an even better place to train in NY? If you do, please let us know about it in the comments below. Thanks.

Every city has a dark side. Safety is a must when traveling. He was in NY when he was 10. He is 29 now and I'm sure there might be some areas he might better avoid, or hours that might be safer in the hotel than in the street. Are there any suggestions regarding safety he should be aware of? Please share what you know about it with us. Thanks.
