Visiting Thailand, you could stay at this resort with a difference -- the unique Jungle Bubbles at Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort in the Chiang Rai countryside. Observe elephants in their natural habitat with an unforgettable overnight stay. The transparent Jungle Bubbles provide amazing views of nature and the resident elephants. And at night you have prime views of the starlit sky. Does this sound like something you would enjoy doing?

If Portugal is on your bucket list, this just might interest you, but better plan accordingly! Twice a year, a hatch in a busy Lisbon street opens to reveal steps leading to one of the Portuguese capital's most ancient sites: a 2,000-year-old site known as the Roman Galleries. Dating back to the first century AD, the "cryptoportico" subterranean maze of tunnels and passageways was built by the Romans, who occupied the city then known as Olissipo beginning around 200 BC. The city remained under Roman control for several centuries. It opens up for only a few days in April and September each year. The space is usually flooded due to an aquifer running beneath the city. The water, which is essential for its preservation, must be pumped out to allow access. Tickets to visit the galleries usually sell out within 15 minutes. Would you like to visit this site?

For a different side of Japan, Tokyo's Unko Museum will definitely fit the bill. The name literally means the "Poop Museum", and this permanent themed curation is one of the strangest museums in all of Japan. Positioned somewhere between play and art, the so-called "Poop Museum" and its dedication to defecating are a hilarious way for adults to rediscover the whimsical. As weird a concept s it seems, this museum actually gets rave reviews, and ironically, there are no actual restroom facilities inside the Poop Museum. Would this be something you would visit if in Japan?
