I have a trip booked, it's a Sunwing Vacation using a WestJet plane. Every communication I've received says to book seats through Sunwing. I did, paid almost $400 for particular seats. Only to end up the day of the flight in totally different seats, much worse seats. WestJet says take it up with Sunwing, Sunwing says take it up with WestJet. Has anything like this ever happened to you? Yes
