l bought a used kuerig coffee maker but after 1 day it quit working. The water won't come out of the machine & don't know what to do about it. l have looked at all the you tube videos but none of them were helpful on how to make the water go thru the machine. They were only saying how to descale it. That's good if l can get the water to go thru the system for descaling. But it's no good if l can't. l have an older model with resevoir on the side for water. l know there's a filter in the resivoir with the tiniest screws which maybe it. Do you have any suggestions?
