In survey #7, I had a stand for my golden retriever's food and water bowls.While beneficial to our backs, this hasn't reduced the splashing. We discovered a solution that changes "slurp and slobber" into "lap and lick." These water bowls have a lid that floats like a raft and prevents water overflow. In addition, any food debris goes into the lower chamber making the water much cleaner and we can simply top up as the day goes on. We have one for the car (doesn't spill) and another for the bowl stand. They were overpriced based on cost of manufacture but well worth it for the "slide benefits" of having a dry hardwood floor. Is your pet a slurper?

Tanita introduced the first solar bathroom scale in 1986 and ours worked reliably for 38 years. With the sky high food prices we decided to reduce (theoretically) both our food cost and our waist lines by enrolling on Weight Watchers and convinced ourselves that we needed new bathroom scales. These ones measure more than just weight and have an app for measuring individual BMI and a whole bunch of other stuff (I have ignored). The data links to my FitBit app as well. Yippee. They also tell me I weigh 5lbs more on them than I did on my old Tanita scales. I may not be more attractive but the scales are, and are excellent value for the $19 I paid. Do you agree?

We live on the 4th floor and don't have an exterior fire escape like in old movies. We also don't have "cat burglars" scaling the outside of the building to rob us of our meagre possessions. My feeling of security is overshadowed by my wife's imagination and she would be unable to sleep at night with our patio door open, knowing a silent (and very fit) murderer could be only four flights below us and heading our way. In order for me to sleep well therefor, I purchased this adjustable bar so that only an anorexic felon can gain entry in the "wee small hours". Have you ever had a fire escape outside your bedroom window like in the movies?

Item #4 was a disappointment and I would have returned it but Amazon said I could keep it and refunded me anyway. Good customer service from Amazon Canada. I bought these wind chimes based on the product description "Large Deep Tone" but they turned out to be "Small, Tinny and Shrill". It was only a matter of time before neighbours complained and my wife already had a head start. Do you like wind chimes? If so please comment about what type.
