SSP's - stands for super sonic power. These were cars 6 to 9 inches long with a fly wheel in the center put out by Kenner. A grooved "T stick" was slotted into this and pulled out to provide the power. Fave was the demolition ones with fly off parts. Ever been to a demolition derby?

Whizzers - these were gyrostat tops known for spinning at high speeds, often over 10,000 RPMs. Fun to play battling tops, or various tricks on a string with included attachments. Ever have a toy top of any type?

Mego - produced 8 inch fully jointed figures of characters from comics, movies and shows. My faves were Planet of the Apes. These days such figures tend to be plastic and much smaller. Do you miss the days of quality for a reasonable price?
