I frequently shop online, and over the past few months, I have been receiving more and more damaged items than ever before, regardless of where they were purchased from. Many items even have pieces broken off that appear to have been shipped that way and not damaged during shipping, since the broken parts were not inside the packaging. Have you experienced this? Yes
