Results: Deep woods wake up

I go deer hunting everyday until I get my limit. It always amazes me when I am in my deer stand long before daylight how the woods wake up. First you get to see the darkness going away slowly, blacks and grays start to change into colors. Then the I hear my rooster crow a few times then all other birds start singing. Next the squirrels get going. Have you ever experienced this?

While hunting the other day the woods had just woken up when I hear a deep growling scream from deep in the woods. I had never heard this animal before. It sounded mean big and bad. Once this animal troweled scream the entire woods was quiet for over 45 minutes. It turns out to be a bobcat. Have you ever heard one in he wild?

I will try to put up a sound bight that is like what I heard only it was a couple of seconds long. I played this for my teenagers and they said they would be scared. Would you be?
