Results: Surveys setting off warnings from antivirus products

I have gotten these more and more frequently nowadays and was wondering who else has had this experience. Please note this has never happened with anything from Tellwut.

Do you have Norton antivirus software installed on the device you use to take surveys from organizations other than Tellwut? I only take surveys (either external or user) from Tellwut and not from other survey sites
