as a punishment for repeated violations of hate speech or cyber bullying, instead of banning an account or removing their ability to comment for a period of time, how about after some number of really awful and hateful comments, their anonymity is removed? Only allow them to comment further if they do it under their real name and identity? Good idea?

Maybe you have heard of these "doxxing" incidents where someone is targeted online by another person because they had done or said something awful, or racist or possibly even violent? So a person(s) decides they are going to send police or something to their home, or they post their personal information online so more people can take whatever action they want against this person, be it spamming their business with bad reviews, or calling their workplace trying to get them fired. Now i am not saying that possibly some of the people this happens to don't deserve some sort of repercussions, but what should the people reporting them face? Should those people be allowed to anonymously go after another complete stranger because they are angry about something they said or did? Should the doxxers identity be just as exposed as the the doxy's? If they are so sure that they are in the right by holding this person to account, should they be bold and brave enough to be completely open about it themselves?
