2. I had a 48 day streak going on Wordle and my wife had a 168 day streak going on her Weight Watchers App. In both cases "Chuck" updated the websites and reset these streaks back to zero. The companies that own these sites are of substantial size and reputation. Doesn't it seem strange that they would hire a "Chuck" to manage their websites?

3. My wife and I have money in a registered account, similar I guess to a RRIF in Canada and IRA in the USA. We take the minimum amount each year into income because otherwise it would only serve to reduce our government pensions and increase our income tax while depleting the registered account by more than we want it to. A few years ago, "Chuck" did an update which caused the maximum amount to be paid out. Because it was a registered account, there was no way to put the money back in after it had been paid out. It took 2 tax years to get everything back into balance and probably cost us about $1000 in lost benefits and increased taxes. Who should get fired first - Chuck or his supervisor?

4. We had previously ordered Lego online for our grand-kids for pick up in store by their parents. We were touring at the time and nowhere near a Lego store. Chuck updated the website and now when we click on the link for our local Canadian store, it defaults to the American website with American prices and asks for a zip code and other info that does not match with Canadian websites. Even when we manually made it to the Canadian website we were no longer able to order online and pick up in store. When I discussed this with store management they said they knew about the changes but were powerless to do anything about it. Chuck has updated the website and lost the store our business. Have you ever cancelled doing business because of "Chuck" and his "computer magic" (he makes profits disappear)?

5. Do you have any other inept employee horror stories to share?
