Science fiction or reality to come?

Here are a few things that are happening that sound more like sci-fi, but are not.
1. China plans to build in 2026 the first humanoid robot with an artificial womb to carry a fetus. This comes as a necessity amid lower fertility and higher costs for IVF (which is not always successful anyway). While debates on policy and legislation still exist, social impact is probably going to be a bigger hurdle.
Assuming the robots are created and the "procedure" is having higher success rate compared to IVF, and the technology is available world wide, do you think this is a good thing for humanity (comment below why)?

2. In July this year, NASA confirmed the discovery of an interstellar comet, named 3I/ATLAS, that is originating from outside our solar system and passing through it. Its movement and energy readings don't perfectly match typical comets or asteroids, making it highly unusual. What's your thought on it?

3. Albania President appointed an AI-made minister responsible for all public procurement. To clarify, this is not a person in charge of AI, but an actual AI in a governmental position. They hope this will help fight corruption which had been a real problem for the country.
Do you think AI could be better at managing a country?

4. Drones have changed the way wars are fought. Most of Russia-Ukraine warfare is now done with the help of drones. Being cheaper to manufacture, they are harder to counter with traditional defences (i.e. the intercept missiles cost more then the drones being shot down), a lot more dynamic (can be deployed from a ordinary looking truck), and do more accurate damage compared to planes and tanks.
Considering China is the top producer in the world for drones, should US adapt their military production to more drones/carriers and less on high-tech planes?
