I am trying to switch to a different internet company. I was promised a good deal by the new company but they can not hook it up because the new company never gave me the phone number I requested. Because of this I had 2 cancellations, with no notice from the company and one tech showed up on the 3rd appointment but yet could not hook it up because the phone number I request was NOT changed. I am still waiting for a 4th tech to come to my home.
