Today, after I sent a message to TW support regarding an issue I had with some external surveys, I noticed there's a Live Chat button at the bottom R corner of the page. Click on it, I got a greeting from Tellwut AI, ready for a live chat and providing support. I already sent a message so I closed it out. Are you aware that now members can do live chat with Tellwut AI for support instead of messaging the staff? (I don't know if Tellwut AI can solve particular issues with external surveys or just general inquiries.)
